Our Team

Jack Monger founded The Monger Company in 1995. With more than 25 years of experience in the field of advocacy and communication, Mr. Monger works with elected officials at the local, state, and federal level, as well as with community and business leaders, members of the media, and special interest groups. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Mr. Monger was invited to join the staff of newly appointed San Diego City Councilmember Gloria McColl in 1983. Read more....

Darby Monger is chief financial officer of The Monger Company. In addition, she brings 15 years of print and broadcast media experience as well as financial and organizational expertise to our team. In 1987, Ms. Monger launched a newspaper column that quickly became a weekly standard in the Coronado Journal. For the next nine years, in nearly 2,000 stories, she reported on local personalities and events, and covered a variety of assignments from Presidential visits to historical events. Read more....

Adrian Kwiatkowski joined The Monger Company in 2000. He brings ten years experience in local, state, and federal government and public policy knowledge to clients who need to keep themselves abreast of the constantly changing business and political environment. In 1995, at 20 years old, Mr. Kwiatkowski was elected to the Rancho Penasquitos Town Council, to which he was elected President in 1999.
